Who is Bobo?

My name is Joseph and I am a Lighting Technician based in the UK’s Film, TV and Commercials industries.

I've always loved making things, so much of what we do on-set is problem solving and building rigs so I’ve slowly begun to design and build things that help solve more specific problems I've encountered and found no real good solution for. We just about standardize some things and others vary between manufacturers sometimes leaving you in tricky situations if you don’t have all their proprietary parts and accessories.

Whether it’s an accessory or adapter or even more exciting, creating something from scratch you’ve been waiting for somebody else to make! I design in ‘Shapr3D’ on my iPad and prototype using my ‘FlashForge’ 3D printer. Predominantly final parts are sent off to be manufactured with premium materials and processes making products as good a quality as larger brands.
